We collect the account details you give us (name, email, company), the content and focus areas you create in Postario, and connection data from social accounts you link — used only to draft, schedule, and publish on your behalf.
We also collect basic usage and device information to keep the product secure and improve it.
To provide the service: generating drafts in your voice, scheduling posts, and reporting analytics. To communicate with you about your account. And to maintain security and comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private content to train models for other customers.
When you link LinkedIn or another platform, we access only what's needed to publish and read engagement metrics. You can disconnect any account at any time, which revokes our access immediately.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep it for as long as your account is active and delete it on request, subject to legal obligations.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data from your account settings, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply under laws such as GDPR or CCPA.
We'll post any updates here and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of Postario after an update means you accept the revised policy.
